Clipwise.ai uses YouTube API Services and Google API Services to let users connect their YouTube channel and publish videos from Clipwise.ai to YouTube on their behalf.

When you connect YouTube, we may access, collect, store, and use limited Google user data, including your YouTube channel information, OAuth access and refresh tokens, publishing metadata, video IDs, upload status, and API error logs.

We use this data only to:

• show your connected YouTube channel inside Clipwise.ai;

• publish videos you create, approve, or schedule;

• show publishing status and troubleshoot publishing issues;

• maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not share, process, or disclose your YouTube user information with any internal or external third parties. We do not use Google or YouTube data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, data brokerage, surveillance, unrelated marketing, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.

Clipwise.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

You can revoke Clipwise.ai’s access at any time from your Google account permissions page:

You may also disconnect YouTube inside Clipwise.ai. When disconnected, stored YouTube connection tokens are removed from our systems. You may request deletion of related data by contacting support@clipwise.ai.
